Limited Warranty

Hendee Enterprises warrants, to the original purchaser only, that its product is free from defects in material and workmanship under normal and proper use for a period of thirty (30) days commencing from the date of delivery to the original purchaser. Any defects must be reported to Hendee Enterprises in writing within thirty (30) days of product shipment. Hendee’s only obligation under this limited warranty shall be to replace or repair, at its option, those parts which are defective. Hendee must receive the defective part within two (2) weeks of being notified or the customer will be billed for any work/product provided.

Hendee Enterprises upon receipt of the product in question shall examine and determine to its satisfaction if the product is a defect in material or workmanship.

The limited warranty does not cover normal wear and damage caused by physical abuse, misuse, accidents, fire, or acts of God.

Hendee Enterprises shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damage, loss, or injury.

Except as specifically set forth above, Hendee Enterprises expressly disclaims all warranties, either expressed or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Hendee Enterprises neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for it any liability in connection with the sale of its products.
